Annual GENERAL Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is held at the hall in mid-November. This is your opportunity to discuss what we, as a community, wish to see happen with and at our Memorial Hall. The continued support of the community is necessary to preserve and maintain this historic hall. Elections are held for all volunteer trustee positions. Members of the Limehouse Memorial Hall are eligible and encouraged to attend the AGM and to vote. Those members unable to attend the AGM can use a proxy form and give their vote to a member who will attend.
If you are not yet a LMH member, get involved and show you care by applying to become a member. We can no longer assume that people who live within the Limehouse community are automatically members of LMH. If you are at least 18 years old, a resident or former resident of Halton Hills and are interested in preserving and maintaining the historic hall for the benefit of the community, we encourage you to apply to become a member.
